  • 5 scoops Slender Porridge
  • 1 tbsp Protein World chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup boiling water 
  • 150ml milk

  • In a small bowl, mix together the chia seeds, milk and honey.
  • Mix well then let sit on the counter for 30 minutes to thicken.
  • In a bowl, mix your Slender Porridge, boiling water, and cinnamon, stirring and letting the oats absorb the water.
  • Combine your chia mixture with the oats.
  • Top with desired toppings such as fresh fruit or nuts.
