Coconut Fruity Granola


  • 50g Slender Granola 
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 20g whole almonds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 30g dried apricot, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 150˚c and line baking tray with baking paper
  2. In a bowl, mix Slender Granola, coconut, pumpkin seeds & almonds
  3. Melt coconut oil and pour into the oat mixture and mix until combined
  4. Spread mixture evenly on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes
  5. Remove from the over, stir in the dried apricot and let cool then serve with 250ml almond milk

Almonds are full of healthy fats, fibre and protein, helping you to feel full and promote weight loss. The perfect breakfast to have when fueling yourself on a diet!
