Healthy Slender Berry Parfait


  • 1 cup Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 5g Porridge oats
  • ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop Slender Blend (any flavour)
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds or pistachios
  • 2 tbsp honey

  • In a medium sized glass or large tumbler add a thin layer of the berries. Top this with a thin layer of porridge oats, then a thin layer of pumpkin seeds, and finally top with a layer of Greek yoghurt.
  • Repeat this process as many times as you like or until the up is full to the top.
  •  Top with a drizzle of honey and serve.
