Slender Kiwi Coconut Cream


  • 3 scoops Vanilla Slender Blend
  • 170g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 100ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 Kiwi fruit, diced into small pieces
  • 1/4 Pineapple, diced into small pieces
  • 1 tsp Desiccated Coconut

  • Add the Coconut Milk, Slender Blend and Greek Yoghurt to a blender and pulse to mix - aiming to keep the mixture fairly thick but well combined
  • Spoon the mixture into a tumbler
  • Place into the fridge to chill and firm
  • Mix the Kiwi and Pineapple diced chunks together and then sprinkle over the top of the yoghurt with the desiccated Coconut to serve.
