Slender Maple Canada Cookies


  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
  • 1 ½ cups PW Instant Oats
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper – set to one side for later
  • In a large mixing bowl combine coconut oil and palm sugar
  • Once mixed well add the egg whites, applesauce, and maple syrup and continue to mix – an electric mixer will work best for this!
  • In a separate bowl mix the rest of the dry ingredients and then gradually add to the wet mixture whilst continuously stirring / keep the electric whisk on low
  • Once combined, separate the dough into tablespoon sized balls and flatten onto the baking tray spaced apart
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked
