Slender Peanut Butter Dream Bars


  • 1 ½ cup Organic Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Protein World flaxseed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup (packed) medjool dates
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Slender Blend
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp hot water

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl, add dates and cover with boiling water – allow to soak for 10 minutes
  • Strain the dates and then add them with 5 tbsp water to a blender, and mix until combined
  • Add the peanut butter, honey, date mixture, vanilla extract to a pan over medium heat and stir until combined and heated through
  • Mix the oats, flaxseed, chia seed and protein powder in a large bowl, then add the peanut butter mixture and give it a good mix to combine all of the ingredients
  • Scoop the mixture out and evenly spread across the baking tray, place a piece of baking paper on top to press down and ensure that the mixture is compact – then remove top paper
  • Freeze bars for minimum 2 hours, then slice into 12 equal segments and enjoy.
